Senior Research Analyst

About the Role

Gulf Capital Intelligence is hiring a Senior Research Analyst based at our DIFC headquarters. This is a principal-level role building our GCC conviction engine, responsible for designing the institutional-grade analytical methodology the engine applies across real estate, private credit, healthcare, and technology sectors so investors can run that analysis themselves.

You will lead the analytical design across complex sectors, synthesise multi-source intelligence into the engine, and build the intelligence agent framework that powers the conviction analysis investors generate. This is not a traditional equity research role, and you will not be producing reports on behalf of clients. GCI operates at the intersection of alternative investment analysis and proprietary research infrastructure.

Responsibilities include owning the analytical layer of the engine, building data pipelines for sector intelligence, calibrating our six specialist intelligence agents against market data, and encoding the briefing logic that helps family office and sovereign fund users understand the analysis they generate.

Required: 8+ years of investment research, private markets analysis, or GCC deal advisory experience. Demonstrated track record covering UAE, Saudi Arabia, or broader GCC markets. Strong financial modelling, regulatory awareness, and structured writing skills. DIFC or ADGM familiarity preferred.

• Experience with private equity, real estate, or private credit mandates
• Excellent written English for institutional-grade analytical frameworks
• DIFC or ADGM regulatory familiarity preferred
